Here’s a happy message from Becky, who has had (and is having) fantastic success on a low-carb diet. Congratulations, and keep up the great work!

I just want to say thank you for having all the information you do on your website. I started the LCHF way of eating on September 27, 2016 at 284 pounds (129 kg). As of April 21, 2017, I weighed in at 182 pounds (83 kg)!
